Timothy is born from planet Earth. Yes, he's a Human, but he was raised by a Galactican name Nou. He saved Tim's life after he was attacked by a Star Wolf member, Leon Powalski when his voice box got badly damaged.
He is unable to speak, but he can do Sign Language and he is infused with a Galactican's blood and becomes one of them. However, his ears are still human, but his age has stopped. He joined Galaxia's team as the first human race to join an alien army
